    Pictured this pest yesterday. Looks cute, but is a decided nuisance and trouble maker

      Mefinks a Pine Marten would be just as much trouble :)

      Ah, but Pine Martens eat up all the grey squirrels. The resurgence of Pine Martens is having an effect on the grey squirrel population. We're starting to see Reds in this area now.

        @Fern4 If you bring a van down you can have some of our squirrels, all our rabbits and deer and a badger or two! :blue thumb:

          Not sure that they eat them but they certainly are scaring the greys off (well .. they might eat one or two before the rest run away :) )
          There are supposed to be Pine Martens in each of the counties over here now. Haven't seen any though .....
