This little chap has appeared around my pond this past few weeks
I finally got a pic today, but I don't recognise what he is
He behaves like a wagtail, but with less tail 'wagging'
Can anybody confirm this new arrival to my garden?

Yip ... I have decided the same
I was confused because its behaviour seemed wagtailish to me
Ah well ... we live and learn :)
