I have some free stock seeds from that weekly gardening magazine, and it says to sew them now, to plant out in the autumn to overwinter for next year.

Is there anything else that can be sewn now, for autumn planting out??

I'm planning on re organising my entire back garden this september/october and would love to have some things to plant out.

Wallflowers, Sweet William but it might be a bit late for them now to get big enough before planting out.

Might as well try them anyway! They're both pretty hardy and providing you're planting them out in the garden when the ground isn't frozen they might well be fine.

Tip - plant Sweet William in clumps rather than singly (like I did this year!). They give a better display that way.
