Growing Parotia Perica (Persian Ironwood)

Hi all what is the simplest way to grow the beautiful Persian Ironwood from seed. I know its a long process but the information that came with the seeds is well a bit much keep it a certain temp for 5 months then put in fridge for 3 months then you take it out and it takes a few months to start after that?
Good grief surely there must be a more simple way to start this process off tell me there is..............
