    Hello everyone,
Just want to ask anyone about sprouting potatoes. I have left some new potatoes in the garage and forgotten all about them. When I opened the garage I saw this potatoes with
long leggy stems. Are this alright to plant outside.

I've grown a few tatties over the years. They are the easiest things in the world. Stick them in the ground in nice fertile soil and off they go. It's a bit late now I reckon but if it was me, I'd still give it a shot rather than leaving them to rot. You might get a few off before autumn kicks in. Even if you don't, you wont have lost anything.

Thanks Dave and Clueless (you are not at all clueless)
I might as well dig it in the soil and see what happens
