is it hard to grow ? ,i don't have a green house but i was thinking a warm window ,and then move it outside once it germinates ,it can get quite cold here until summer arrives so im not sure it would grow well

Easy to grow in the greenhouse. Never tried it outside, but it depends on the sort of weather you are getting :)

    Hi Ryan,

I wouldn't try it this year if I were you, it needs a very long growing season & untill about 30 years ago we would be pushing it to grow it in the south of the uk.

If you wait till the spring & select a variety that has been bred for cooler climes you might get a crop in a good summer, but its a lot of work to go thru with no guarantee of sucess up there.
