Ive been away for the Weekend,

No comment. But a jordie lass was arrested in Scarborough for D & D this weekend. :D

Friendly people, and great shopping centres, and that was the sight that greeted us at the bottom of the street, where we were staying.. Lovely isnt it..

hi dee, yes we have been for a weekend, it was great, loved the shops, stayed in a bed & breakfast near town centre.
Scarbarough is a very pretty place.

 

To tell you the truth rosa, I didn't do any sightseeing, of the 138 pics i took 4 were of the seafront ( i was passing) the rest were in the pub...

 

when i went, we went with a few of us and spent most of the time in the pubs ha! ha!, hope it wasnt you picked up for drunk and disorderly :D :D

We went to Scarborough nearly every year for our hols as a child. Brings back memories.

 

Hi Dee,lovely photos of a very nice place.It brings back memories of a day trip to there in the 1970's,{showing my age there :D }but my mum spoilt it be saying that Scarborough was the place that many people were sent to convalese{spelling} years ago but not sure whether she was pulling my leg
