I've got a large gunnera plant in the garden - no idea why as the soil isn't damp and in summer it gets very, very dry here. I'd like to move it to another area of the garden but don't particularly want to kill it. What are my chances?

I'd wait a month or so unil it warms up a wee bit more, then keep it wet for the first season,. until it gets it's roots down.
