I've just spotted these on the Lidl website - yours for £3.99 apiece from Thursday:

What on earth are they? Can those possibly be their natural colorations, or have they been sprayed with something, like those pots of heather you sometimes see on sale?

I don't think I want one but thought if anyone could tell me what they are, it would be somebody on here

Not exactly giving out much information are they.

Might have been fed some kind of vegetable dye or as you say, just sprayed.

I hadn't thought of the feeding option! Interesting. Thank you @pete.

It's not unusual for certain plants to be artificially coloured. It's a really annoying practice because the seller rarely openly declares that it's fake. You see it all the time with heathers in all sorts of really bold bright colours. Just like if you dye your hair, the colour will eventually grow out.

Not such a problem I guess if it's marketed as a Halloween product, which implies it is only temporary.

Just to report that when I examined one on my supermarket trip this morning, it'd clearly been given quite a clever two-tone spray paint job. The natural green was visible where a bit of paint had flaked off underneath!
