Just wondering, you see some professional & amateur h/baskets with very long non flowering plants at the bottom ,usually. Am I right in thinking they are Variegated Nepeta?
Sometimes they hang up to 2-3 feet below the basket.

Yes that is the plant Spuce.Went out yesterday and purchased 4 plants in pots. It was not till I got home and removed them from pots I was not going to get them through holes in h/basket.
I had to split them and ended up with 16:huh:

          They split very easily trogre.
I am trying Dichondra silver falls this year instead off Nepeta . Google photo below . I bought plugs from Brookside ( the seeds are stupidly expensive ) but I have now seen them for sale in garden centres.

PS : Does anyone know what the silver plant in the centre is ?

great you got some , make sure you pinch them out when the get to about 12 inches long .

Take cuttings late summer and keep frost free over winter , I then use those stock plants to take cuttings in March.

            look forward to your photos

It is cineraria - cineraria cirrus as opposed to the maritima silver dust variety
