From this present my daughter obviously thinks I need to keep my extremities warm (but she has been well trained in bargain hunting).

Well, the Girls remembered, still haven't heard from the Boy

I got bottles of Cobra beer and a huge bar of Cadburys chocolate for Fathers day. I shared the chocolate with the GKs , managed to get one piece , but the Cobra is for grandads time

 

My Mum always used to say "a Daughter is a Daughter all of her life, a Son is a Son 'til he takes himself a wife" but I wouldn't take too much notice of that, she had some daft sayings my Mum, love her

 

I was taken out today to watch the theatre production of the lion king. It was ace!!
It was mrs Al's 40th birthingday this week, so last night I had 71 guests ( family and close friends) as a suprise party at our house! Plus we picked up mrs Al's suprise prezzy!



Overall, a very enjoyable, albeit busy!, weekend.

his name is finlay. he's a 10 week old cocker spaniel. hes also a little monkey, i forgot how boisterous pups are!

floyd is running away from finlay! hes been with us 8 years, so it'll take time for him to adjust.
