    Pancakes! I love pancakes - I'm starving myself today (i.e skipping the inbetween meal snacks) in preparation for scoffing a load later. I love them with golden syrup oozing out and plenty of sugar to give it a crunch .. I'm making myself hungry thinking about them, wonder if I can find any at lunch time just to keep me going... :)

    Finally got our pancakes on Saturday...at about 9.30 p.m!!
    Felt too tired to make them on Tuesday - made them when we got back from the Bablyon exhibition! IT was worth the wait!
