I said on the birthday thread that we are off to a castle by the sea on the West Coast late Sunday morning where we have a sea-facing suite booked and will be back home Thursday evening. It's only our second holiday in the past ten years as we were too busy renovating properties, the last being four days in Spain last August with friends, so we're looking forward to it.

My camera memory card only holds 130 pics so am buying a new card tomorrow as I think I'll need more than that for five days in order to get a dozen or two decent photos.

 

Wow!! 40 years, thats marvelous lol. Here's to many more!!!

borrowers, my friend, you have not missed it ... it is not here here yet ... my 60th/our 40th (same day) is on the 29th April.

02 my dear, it can be an uphill struggle but it can be fun all the way ... never, never give up.

I bought a 1gb memory card for my camera today. No, I tell a lie, t'other half bought it for me as an extra pressie (10 Euros ... under £8) so loaded it says I can do 1,040 pics rather than the 130 I can do on my other card.

I hope I do justice with my photography on this trip because I'm going to the most incredible scenery place one could imagine.
