Hi all, It’s my first time in an English forum, so please forgive my errors….

Sal, you are right. These are several frost resistant species and hybrids. We can divide them in three group: Maurizio Vecchia’s hybrid – others hybrid – species.

The Maurizio Vecchia’s hybrid are: P. ‘Fata Confetto’, P. ‘Guglielmo Betto, P. ‘Clara’ and P. ‘Etna.

Other hybrids are: P. ‘Temptation’, P. Inspiration, P. ‘Star of Subirton’.

The specie is P. incarnata (a clear variety of P. incarnata).

I hope this will help you. Sal, thank for your invite ;-)

Hi Stefy, we certainly need a few more interesting hardy passionflowers.:)

My only concern regarding the ones which die down is, would a British summer be hot enough and long enough for the plant to reach a reasonable size?
            And flower.

Incarnata has never made it in my garden even though it is said to be very hardy.
