I'd never heard of this variety until I saw the seeds in Lidl's. The packet states they're hybrids and suitable for both indoors and out and as they were quite cheap I thought I'd give 'em a try outdoors. Glad I did now as despite sowing the end of March plus the indifferent weather, I've been able to pick quite a few ripe ones.

Anyone had experience of this variety I wonder?

I'll have to learn how to post pics here.........when I have the time. Funny, I had more time when I was working!

    Bertie.

Hi John - they taste great and very similair to my favourite Tumblers. I think ANY of our home-grown toms will blow clean away those supermarket tasteless bags of water!

Let's see if I've managed to post this pic. I don't have an actual ripe tom at the moment as I've ate what I've picked. BTW, there were over 50 seeds in the packet which cost 70-ish pence if I remember right. Here goes........[IMG]
