Has anyone grown Mexican daisees (Erigeron) from seed? What is its growth habit like?

What I mean is, I have a new packet of seeds (200 seeds), do I sow them all then prick them out in clumps similar to Lobelia or do I just sow 20-30 seeds and prick out individualy and then grow on?

I only want say half a dozen reasonable clumps of this in the garden, how do I go about this?

    Thanks in advance.

    Steve...:)

Not sure about this but I would do them in clumps. I know they grow wild in Cornwall and that's about all I know. :hehe:

:thumb: I started with a clump Steve, they are very welcome self seeders in the garden as far as I am concerned, their tiny white/pinkflowers & dark leaves are so striking, but they turn up everywhere if you're not careful... :hehe:
