Has the site been down for 5 days?

As the title says Admin.

Tonight was the first time I`ve been able to log-in since last Friday.

I`ve been trying several times a day. Cleared the cache and cookies. I`ve missed my fix of GS

Yep, been beyond most of Admin control but with Rich's help and the use of a very large spanner we are slowly coming back on line. Will take a few days to get back up to full Warp Power so bear with us.

We've got our best people on the job now though,

Although not exactly "down", as in "bust", but rather "moving house" to a new host

 

almost, same host different server silly host underestimated the power of GC

 

Propagation of name resolution shouldn't have taken so long for a same-host server move should it?

I suppose if the IP changed its the same deal as moving to a new host perhaps ...

 

it was the registrar

ticket went in friday
they answered monday
Got it wrong 3 days in a row till yesterday
DNs fully began working this am
Within 5 minutes of dns working our host got all the needed server config done

 

Wondered what had happened to the Forum
Glad to see things are back to normal here
