    Experts please help to identify.

This was grown from a cutting my husband 'found' on a site where he
worked several years ago. It has grown into a lovely plant but we haven't
    a clue what it is.

Is it by any chance eleagnus?

    Thanks Tropical Oasis. :thumb:

Is it commonly known as 'Japonica' or is that something entirely different
and do you know if it flowers at all - don't recall seeing any flowers on it.

Good luck with your RHS - daughter finished hers last year but she's not
near to ask about this plant.
