So much going on grandson in hospital and all else going to pot ! will be back as soon as i have more than two mins

thanks guys and gals for the well wishes

firstly last week my laptop died, once it was fixed i could not get in to here but the lovely Ziggy sorted that out for me

I got up Saturday morning Grandson was poorly, so went and did my daughters shopping, had my grand daughter for the day, worked a night shift came, home cleaned the house, cooked lunch, periodically visited one very poorly grandson, another daughter called with partner and two granddaughters who decided Grandma should get the decorations down from the attic and put up tree, turned into silly chaos and we failed to put up Christmas tree, went into town to see Santa and his reindeer arriving and daughter (who is pregnant) got caught in stampede of people trying to follow santa through the shopping centre, she was knocked to the floor and trampled on so she went to hospital with her partner and I was left with two very distressed grand daughters, we went back to mine fed them bathed them and trashed my house some more with decorations lol, daughter was checked and was fine Thank god she came home and I returned grand daughter.

Went to check on grandson who now had a temp of 39.5 took grandson to on call DR’s then down the hospital 24 miles away, he was admitted with pneumonia, ear and throat infection, sats have been down to 79 heart rate up to 179 and constant high temp of 38-39, hasn’t eaten or drank since sat and now his mouth has now broken out in ulcers, poor little mite is only 2 ½ my daughter is besides her self, she also has a baby of 6 months who her partner is looking after, but he is blind so I am back and for there making sure he and baby is ok and that they have everything they need, I have the only car so I am also back and for the to hospital

On a selfish note cause its all about me I got back from the hospital at 2 am on Monday morning, I was beyond tired as I had been up since Saturday at 7am, my wonderful other half has waited up for me makes me a cuppa and a sandwich as I haven’t eaten since lunch on Sunday I take a bite and a filling and half a tooth comes out, I got up to quick to spit out the food, go all dizzy and stager across the room my vision has gone to put and I manage to walk into the mantle piece and knock off a glass vase wish of course bounced then exploded across the room

so thats about it i told you it had all gone to POT

 

Well CK you've certainly had more than your fair share of upheaval,you must be absolutley at your wits end:( and you're obviously kna....exhausted....if it's at all possible try and get a bit of rest or you'll be the next one to be poorly......please take care and hope all is well very soon

Toby has had another really bad night,:( temp is back up to 39.4 sats have gone back down to 81 heart rate is like a yo-yo, he is back on full oxygen and had now resorted to supositories as his mouth his so bad they cant give oral meds :( poor little mite had night terrors all night to, the satff are reassuring mam that he wont recall how bad he was through them, but unfortuniatly she will :(

I've had pneumonia, its no fun & takes about a week to run its course, then about 5 weeks to recover from.
