    Well I'm still stuck on the first photo. When I first saw it there was something about it that said to me 'Caneletto' as there is just a hint of a Venetian horizon and sky. (Of course it could be my rotten eyesight to blame :dh:)
    Crop the foreground a bit and cut out the distraction of the yellow shoreline and the image changes a bit. I've done it below and hope you don't mind Woo.
