HEARTSEASE

does anybody know where to get this lovely wee flower? not seeds, plants. I love them so much.

Thought you were posting about the place where I live as our
'estate' is called Heartsease because before all the houses were built
they were growing everywhere.
Don't see so many nowadays but the odd one pops up now and again.

I just bought some by mail order from Jekka's Herb Farm.

 

And it's doing really well! When it arrived, it was a tiny wee plant with one flower, and it has really spread, I am so happy with it!!

I visited Barwinnock Herbs years ago - what an amazing place - though in the middle of nowhere, worth the treck! I thought (for some unknown reason) that they'd closed down. Will have a good look around their site - and perhaps visit again - I like to shop as locally as I can!
