Can anyone tell me please how to grow Helibores? Do you take cuttings, take seeds from flowers or do they self seed and you then collect and pot? If any of these, when can it be done please? Much appreciate any help.

Buy yourself a plant or two Terry, I would reccomend the Snowdon strain. And then sit back and enjoy. They should self seed quite easily.

They do seem to seed quite readily, and the seedlings do come up. I have them all over the place. But I don't think the seedlings always retain the character of the parent, and they will take a while to make decent-sized plants.
