Hellebore from J Parker’s isn’t looking great

Hi all!

hoping for some advice, just recieved this double hellebore from J Parker’s and it just looks sick? Should I be complaining?

 

I always think it's worth complaining if something isn't perfect.

 

I agree. For what it's worth, it looks like a case of hellebore Leaf spot:

I have complained on J Parkers WhatsApp thing - but it seems to now be ignoring me. Currently sat on hold on the phone with them
