                          Thanks folks.

Well so far, after moving into a new build and not being happy with the sloping clay mess that was left for me out back......

We split the level and added a 0.5 step into things. Nice retaining wall with steps in centre. Decking in top level to one side, smaller deck on the low level.

Tilled, added organic stuff and gravel to each lawn area. Waiting on it to settle before top soiling and turfing.

Gonna get a few raised sleeper beds built too.

Got sandstone arriving shortly to Rip up the slabs and make a new path round the whole house.

Oh and I forgot....removed around 14 tonnes of builders rubble from the garden while making the split level.....boy that was a tough day.

Nice to have your company @hmltnangel :sign0016:

Sounds like you have been somewhat busy! Top tip for your sandstone if I may - if you can, avoid cleaning it with a pressure washer as you will (literally) be blowing a layer off the surface; the best way to clean is it to use water and a carborundum stone to rub the dirt away (still abrades the surface, but causes less damage) - with any luck, your sandstone will be Locharbriggs sandstone, which is the best there is!

We love a good natter here (can you tell?), and we also love photos too, so don't be shy about posting everything. You will get tons of encouragement, help and advice, and I am sure we will also learn something from your experiences. :blue thumb:
