Hello from a beginner gardener in London

Hi all - am a (very) novice gardener in the London region -- I like cooking spicy food and so this year I decided I'd grow some varieties of chillies ( nothing super hot, will post in the chilli thread ) and some flowers for fun - restricted almost exclusively to pots because the (small) outside space is pretty much all paved. I shall probably not be posting too much myself other than queries until I get more experienced!

Welcome to Gardeners Corner Lovechillies. It doesn't matter how big your space is, it's what you do to enjoy and make use of it that counts.

Our 3 sons all live up in London with varying outside spaces, garden, roof terrace and lastly a small balcony.....but they have certainty made the most of their plot ,or as with the youngest have plans and ideas waiting to spring into action. He loves cooking so it will undoubtedly be a balcony of herbs and spices.
