Hello from France

Hi Just a bit about myself, started gardening in 72 for local parks department, did a couple of diplomas in Agriculture/ Horticulture, but the pay was poor so joined the medical profession, also ran a small gardening business, stayed at the NHS for most of my working life, now retired with a big garden in France, all keep safe. Ff

Thanks, my garden is a bit of a mess, its a long story, but basically we came here in 2006 bought some land in the countryside, and lived in a caravan while building our house, with about a year from finishing the house was totally destroyed by fire we got out safely but with just what we were wearing, so it took nearly three years to get all the paperwork done, and a new house built, fortunately we was very well insured, so you can imagine the state of some of the land, so onwards and upwards. Ff

 

On my gosh!!! So very glad that you and yours are all safe and OK but what an horrendous experience for you all!

As you say ' onwards and upwards' now.
