Hello from France

Hello to you all avid green fingered lot out there.

I have to admit I am not really in to gardening but having said that, I do have rather a large area of ground to look after, in fact ten hectares of it surrounding my house here in France!

Most of it I have fenced off so that my 6 rescued horses can all graze happily away knowing there next journey is not going to be to the abattoir as so many of them do over here.

My Wondrous other half does most of the green fingered stuff both in our garden as well as on our campsite, but it is me who has to do the heavy stuff as well as looking after the veg-plot.

Her current projects are planting out some banana palms as well as bringing on some paulownia seedlings in the hope that in the not too distant future she will be in the position to plant some of them out as well.
