    Good Evening all,
Paul, from sunny Morecambe. Been reading the forum for a while and thought I would say hello. Just finished a long day in the garden on the beginning of my project.
Old extension pulled down and 6 inch concrete base broke up. Started breaking up rest of garden to find its 4 inch of concrete on top of anything from broken house bricks, rubble and scrap so a massive task to clear it up. 8 tonne skip filled already and loads of soil, rubble to clear to level it. Aparently the previous owners where fans of letting travellers lay the garden path :cry3: Still looking forward to seeing it take shape and get some great help and tips from this site.
Any advise on the clear up to make it easier would be most welcome
    Happy Gardening all
    Paul

Welcome to Gardeners Corner Paul. :) It sounds like you've got your work cut out. It's amazing how many members of GC, including myself have had to start with clearing the ground of the properties they own before they can make it into something to be proud of.

There's no easy way to clear it but take your time and look after your back in the process! Good luck! :dbgrtmb:

:sign0016:Sounds as if you have a bit of work to do - but it's always good to put your own mark on it. Great when you look back and see what you have achieved.
