    Hello

I am relatively new to gardening. Like the idea of it but lack practical application experience. Hoping to learn more on here :) My garden, like my house, is a project. Its rural/coastal and suffers with strong winds and salty air. And most of it is still a complete wilderness.:rolleyespink:

Welcome to GC Lucius. I too am in a coastal position with strong winds and salty air to cope with. It's a challenge but there are many plants that will cope with the situation. Getting to grips with your wilderness will take time but you will enjoy the achievements along the way and we're all here to help with your questions. :)

Welcome to GC. It's a lovely, friendly forum and you'll get lots of helpful advice. We're all at different stages of gardening experience so there's always someone around to help with a problem.

It's great for a laugh too.

As I'm writing this I can see Anglesey through my patio window. I live in-between Caernarfon and Porthmadog. Gardening can be a challenge with some of the weather we get, especially the wind. You have a few good garden centres around to offer plant choice advice and you have this website so you will be okay.
