    hello i'm jon only a beginner hope to start low maintenance garden mainly in containers, I have acers, sempervivum, sedum.. in future I will have small greenhouse for cacti . I live in Cheadle . cheers jon

    Hi Jon, welcome to Gardeners Corner.:thumbsup::snork: Cheadle??, that has an interesting Antique/Interesting Objects site there which if I remember correctly, had a Sherman Tank parked at the front!!
    We've got gardeners here starting from the outright beginners, experienced, specialists, and those who garden from a balcony to a garden of a couple of acres. So, you'll find the GC Gang will be more than willing to help and give good advice should you need it.:snorky:

    hello yes it's called les oakes .the Sherman was made of wood used on saving private ryan movie
