I've arrived from Canada, and now have my first (overgrownish) allotment.
Two or three apples trees, one pear (love pears) and some plums.
    One shed.
    One pond.
    Brambles.
Some things that may be irises???
    Really excited about my plot.

Hi - I'm new here too! Congratulations on your allotment!
I put in some pear trees and a quince last winter and am impatiently waiting for signs of fruit - I love pears too! Realistically though I think 2018 is the earliest I can hope for.

                Hello Nookanook.

We have a sub-forum for Allotments:
                Allotments Discussion

Would love to see some photos of yours. At this time of year not a lot is happening so now is the time to plan. Maybe you can work out was was previously grown in your plot so you can work out a rotation.

Hi, and thanks. I'll put up some pictures. I would like some help identifying some things.
