    I feel I should know this, it's in a friend's garden, really like it :) Similar leaves to Photinia but flowers completely different? Thanks in advance

      Thanks @Silver surfer the latter looks spot on, the description suggests it's not that hardy but this one in my friend's garden goes unprotected and is in an open spot so doing well, it's been there for 3 years now
