Hello, two years after moving into our current house, my husband noticed that we have a grape vine growing in the garden.
We've never really managed to get the grapes to ripen (I'm guessing that was due to colder summers), but this year we have quite a few grape bunches.

My husband had tried some grapes and said they are medium sweet, but I'm reluctant to use them until I know what they are.

Attached are some photos of the grapes and the leafs.

They look like a very nice usable grape. It would be a shame to waste them. What did you want to use them for and what held you back?

I'd like to make a small batch of wine. Identifying the grape variety will help me choose the best type of yeast to use.
I wouldn't want the batch to come out dry, or too sweet.

Black Hamburg is one of the commonly planted varieties, might be worth a comparison :)
