Help my strawberries are dying!

Could someone tell me what's happening to my strawberry plant which was doing so well till recently.
The leafs are going brown and dying and the fruit isn't growing and started to also go brown?

 

pic no 1 is a leaf mine thats no problem. the fruits look ok to me,

 

try placing a mulch around the base of the straw berries to protect them. im not an expert or anything. but could be, the fruit sitting on the soil is damaging them.

 

Have you cheked for Vine Weevil?
They made a meal of two of my container grown strawberries.
I have to agree with boebrummie. They look a little wet to me.
Try putting some straw under the fruit, but then It may be to late for that.
