Help needed on Honeysuckle

    How do i get my honeysuckle to obtain more flowers?

    Do i cut it back and if so where do i cut it back to and how much should i cut off?

    Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.

    thye're pretty hardy, but if cut at the wrong time, they'll weep! Have tissues ready! Seriously, pruningin the dormant season is best with them, vines and wisteria, because of that - but you're best to look at a step-by-step guide. There are tons available, but IMO the best is on the RHS site - go for http:www.rhs.co.uk, and follow links to get advice on pruning honeysuckle. Good luck!

    Have large one, near fence, prune it in winter each year, no problems. always comes up again.

    Sweey Pea, just trim it like a hedge or a bush, you know just trim it, it will come back again and flower well.
