is the top left picture bamboo and what is on the other side of the fence , I would be wary of it spreading

I would group the hosta together bottom right of your bed on the corner

the fastsia will grow huge as in 2 meters across same in height , so I would provide more space you can always fill in spaces with annuals next year until the plants get bigger

any chance you can name all the plants I know all but 2 far left and the other one next to the two canna's

Also where you roughly live may help in the selection

                  my personal thoughts

Yes bamboo, it's apparently non evasive and on that other side of the Fence is my neighbours annoying conifer trees, I don't know the plant names as I was given most, there like grasses. The spikey one is a cordyline.

Moved them about and gave more space, thoughts please?

I would probably put the fatsia in the corner as it will like the protection of the fence and wall over the winter , and move the bamboo down the left hand side just in case it does run

yes I would swap fatsia and put by the fence area for the bamboo plus give you some height in the middle with the bamboo

You may not want to hear this but the Canna on the left looks virused - any chance of a close up?

The Fatsia will need more space as will the Cordyline probably.
I'm wary of Bamboo - best grown in pots if you ask me. At the very least dig deep and put an effective barrier in. Never worth the risk of it running.

I will plant the bamboo in a pot as I don't want future issues, pictures will be on in a minute, I have swapped some stuff about and tried to space a little better, waiting on further instructions
