About 6 years ago, i filled in my pond. It was fully lined before i did so. Now i have a 2ft high plant, with large pointed leaves, green and black lantern type things, with tiny blue flowers inside. They then get a spherical green fruit inside, after the flower has died. Please HELP!

Shoo Fly Plant (Nicandra physalodes). Quite a common annual it seems to be these days.
