Help, white stuff on my indoor sage plant??

I bought this sage from the grocery store. It has been doing great since I propagated it 2 minths ago. This morning I see this fluff stuff on it. ** See pic**

 

Looks like some kind of mildew.
Sage is not really an indoor plant.

Perhaps a bit dry at the roots, but its not easy to keep such plants growing well out of season, indoors.
If you can, put it outside when weather allows.
Guessing its still pretty cold in Calgary.

 

Hi Allison - as Pete said Sage is not really an indoor plant. I had a lovely plant outside a couple of years ago . Sage has a really nice colour leaf , grey green ( or sage green ! ) It just seemed to fade away after about three years . Might be good to get it outside in a sheltered spot. Weathers looking OK over there now ,16°c in the day !

 

Ohh i see. Ok thank you. I will out it in my cold frame. It's 20 Celsius in there.

 

Don't put it straight out into -20, it'll kill it
