Solved Help with mis-ID'd plant

When I saw the thread by Sienna's Blossom, What tree is this please?, which ID'd as Prunus padus, I immediately had to check my archives.
Sure enough, a tree I had ID'd as Prunus padus, seen in Teighmouth, Devon, April 2012, was NOT Prunus padus. No idea where I got that ID from.
So what is it?
