Good evening Tammy and welcome to the site. I`d suggest Japanese Azaleas for the border, and something like a half standard tree for the centre.:gnthb:

    Hi Tammy,

Just be aware that azaleas need acid soil, they hate alkaline. I don't know what soil type you have?

I would perhaps suggest a nice miniature tree, like a weeping cherry which will give beautiful blossom in spring.

You could plant a mixture of spring bulbs and perennials which will do their own thing and provide spring and summer colour.
