May be easier to figure if you can post a pic with flowers, looks like it's in bud now, is it a climber or just a rampant bush?

 

or a close up of the leaves

 

As fate would have it,just been over my local Homebase and I think i know what it is.....................Spiraea nipponica[Snowmound]

It looks a bit untidy to me to be a Spiraea, I thought the leaves look more like Deutzia. But I`ve been wrong before.:D
