Herb rockery

Hi

I'm planning on making a herb garden out front rockery style. I'm new to gardening so I was just wondering when I can plant the herbs? I'm planning on buying the little plants not seeds.

What herbs are you planning on Annemarie?

Wouldn't plant Basil out yet, but most other stuff can go out. You'll need to harden them off first if they've been raised under cover. Putting the pots out in the day and bringing them in at night for a week or so.

 

Hi zigs no basil just things like lavender, mint, sage, chamomile, etc.

Thanks for the advice I didn't want to prepare the soil unless they could be planted soon
