Hi all, Just thought I would introduce myself. I'm 22, live with my partner and young 'uns, in Lancs. Got a big garden which contain a pair of old eating apple trees, and a very large lawn area. Currently in the middle of backfilling a retainer for planting in, digging a path out to run up to the shed, erecting a greenhouse, and in between all that, setting up raised beds for veg growing, and sorting borders for blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and so on. I've got pics from when we moved in last June, when there was a half built conservatory here, so hopefully will get it all finished and be able to share some photos of then and now All the best
Hi there and welcome - I'm a relative newbie here myself so thought I'd drop in and say hello. I am a northener at heart, living in the south. My two big passions are food and gardening so I'm sure we'll have lots to talk about on here. Looking forward to chatting with you. Chris
First of all I want to say hello to the new gardener, as i am new here myself, but allready had some good advice about my Rhododendron so if you have any problem this is a good place to get solutions. As i said my rhododendron problem is solved but as i am new to having a nice garden i found a few other problems for which i can't think of a solution. Firstly my Photinia Red Robin has curled up and spotty leaves as you will see in the pictures, then my partner and I bought a Ceanothus Autumnal Blue and we think it might be dead, i have attached pictures of it as well. Last the problem is with a little climber that we think is a Honeysuckle Lonicera 'Copper Beauty', but we are not sure, so if anyone can confirm it will be a great help, plus some of the leaves have curled up as well and have some holes in them. I appreciate all the replys as we realy like how our garden looks like and we woul like to do well.
