    Hi all,

I'm new to the forum and to gardening - other than cutting the grass.

I got one of those small greenhouses to start myself off with and have just put it up. A little windy out but going to anchor it to the fence and see how I go.

A while back, I took some seeds out of a cheap lemon and planted them in a pot after washing them. Didn't think anything of it, went away and came back to four shoots. They have grown steadily in the kitchen but seem to have stopped growing now but aren't dead (a good start). I wonder, would it be best to move them into the greenhouse and see how they go? Or re-pot them. I had to use makeshift pots and used an old glass, a small pot, a medium pot and a cup thing. Surprised they're still on the go - I've just moved them into the sun in the living room to see if that helps as the windowsill in the kitchen isn't the best for sunlight.

Happy to post some pics etc.

    Take care all,
    B.

      Welcome Cats x 2.jpeg B.

Well done with the lemon pips. I have never grown them myself (as I live in the middle of orchards) but I would put them in the greenhouse and let them have as much sun as possible.

We all love pictures so please post some.

Welcome to the forum @BenMunro ! I know nothing about lemon growing but you might get some help over in the edible gardening area?
