    Hi everyone
My name is mark and i live in Huddersfield.
Last year i gave my front and back gardens major makeovers.

So this year i am looking to add a bit of colour to the gardens, and this is where i am hoping you lot on here will beable to help me, as i am a complete novice when it comes to plants etc. I have already put some ivy near the sheds in the background hoping that it will cover the sheds and hide them, i have also planted some grapes,(check out my grape thread in the edible section) and i have planted some climbing roses in the near corner,(i will take a pic today so you can tell me if i have done it right).
As you can see everything i plant will have to go in planters so if you have any hints, tips on what i should plant please let me know.
    Thank You
    Mark

    [IMG] Mark...!!!

Wow what a transformation..!!! You might like to check out out container growing forum here for Ideas.. http://www.gardenerscorner.co.uk/forum/container-gardening-f20.html

What sort of plants do you have in mind.. Flowering, evergreen, scented or unscented.. As long as you can over winter them in a frost free place, what about some tropical..??
If they are in containers planters & small beds Mark you will have to make sure you keep up regular watering once the summer gets here..!! Mind you it looks like you could always borrow the pool water.. :lollol: Sorry Mark, just couldn't resist that one..!:dh:
Anyway mate, keep the photos coming & I am sure you will get plenty of ideas on here... Look forward to seeing you around..:thmb:
