Hello all, I left Newcastle in the early 70s to go to NZ. I have always had an interest in gardening and have recently fulfilled a long ambition to have a garden railway and to grow Dahlias. I shall post pics soon. Best regards to all. David
Welcome to Gardeners Corner Pauperhaugh. Could you bottle some warm weather and send it our way please?
Oh I would love too, but, it was 32deg, too hot, now pouring with rain and apricot fruit is suddenly ripening and splitting.
Welcome to GC. I actually drove through Roxburgh a few years ago. I seem to remember it being rather small but very pleasant scenery. I think we stopped for lunch there. Teviot Tearooms?
Yes it's still there, we live in the Hydro part near the dam. Stone fruits are grown here, cherries apricots and apples mainly.
Hi, its under construction as you can see, i have lots of stone available to make a raised water feature that the G scale track runs around then through the garage and returns,
