    Hi im Gary and i come from scarborough, started gardening in my first home last year and slowly picking up tips and advice in an attempt to have a great summer!

    Appreciate any tips people may have.

    Hi Gaz, and welcome to the forum.

    You will always get advice and help from the friendly members here, no doubt about that. Your situation sounds similar to mine in that you started gardening last year and are hoping to pick up on that this year...

    We moved our current house last year and have what we can properly call a garden. Started with minor seed sowing last year, and hoping to make improvements on last years successes and failures!

    As for tips for a great summer... make sure youve always got a beer in the fridge :WINK1:
