Hi! Im Andrea from wales. Ive been interested in the garden for about 15 years and been growing veg/fruit over the last 2/3 years. Ive got a bit of a mixture in my garden of shrubs, flowers and my little veggie plot. This year tho im taking on a allottment plot (with the help of my hubby) The weather is lovely here today, so ive been tidying up the garden and pots. :D

Hi Cooky, Welcome to Gardeners Corner. It's very friendly and helpful here, and even gardeners of experience have problems so it's nice to ask a question and get several answers!! Where I am it's been a really cloudy. dull, cold day but I was out there all day pruning and shredding what shrubs needed it. I could have done with
your sunshine to warm me up and cheer me up. You're not too far away from me really but the difference in weather can be extreme, having said that yesterday was like that of your's today!!
