Just thought I would pop in and say hi, I'm pretty new to gardening after previously living in a terrace but have recently (well 7 months ago lol) moved into a semi with a nice sized garden and caught the waiting to see gardening bug (is there a cure??? ) I have made a good start last month after what pops up and have now started seeding for next year, I get such a buzz when I see them shooting through, sad I know. I am a 28 year old girly girl with a 2 and a half year old son and a 7 month old labrador. Look forward to chatting to you all :yho:

    Hi and welcome to GC.

I'm afraid the gardening bug is a condition that just gets more serious over time. Each time you have a success it spurs you on. Each time you have a failure you put it down to experience and try not to make the same mistake again.

My neighbour, a kind hearted quiet bloke in his seventies, is passionate about his garden. He once said to me that there is no possibility of getting bored with it, because there is always something new, and there are endless opportunities for experimenting.
