Hi there from a complete beginner

So glad I've found this forum, I'm already beginning to feel at home.

I live on the east coast of Scotland. As my children are now older (and are not interested in swings anymore) and the dogs have wrecked any lawn we had, we've decided to remove it. Trouble is as a complete beginner I've no idea what I'm doing, so I'm likely to drive you all mad with loads of questions.

Off now to explore and find somewhere to indroduce the garden (I use the term loosely) and its many problems (biggest being me) and start with my incessant questions!
